Flatbread pizza ingredients & recipe

Flatbread Margherita pizza:

ingredients: 2 flatbread pizza crusts, 1 lb fresh mozzarella, 4 medium vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, sea salt

Method: Slice mozzarella into thin slices after removing from packaging

wash, core & slice tomatoes into equally sized slices

Layer the cheese over the crusts and then the tomatoes over the cheese

you can finish with a couple dots of cheese here and there

in ap re-heated 500 degree oven, bake the pies until cheese is melted & bubbling (About 6-8 minutes)

Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced chiffondale fresh basil & sea salt

Serve & enjoy!

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wedge Recipe

Romaine Wedge... Grill & Drizzle with olive oil, grate the parmesean cheese, top with croutons, & toss with caesar dressing. Accompanied by a lightly seasoned 4oz chicken breast. Finish the salad with fresh ground pepper.

Carribean Pirate Martini Recipe

1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum  2 oz Orange juice

2 oz Cranberry juice Garnish with a citrus slice

Light & Fruity Malibu Baybreeze Recipe

1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum  2 oz cranberry juice 2oz pineapple juice                       

Garnish with an umbrella & citrus slice!

Fire Cracker BBQ Sauce Recipe YUM!

Firecracker BBQ Sauce: 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons prepared mild yellow mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced, 2 thick slices lemon, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce.  In small heavy saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, onion, lemon and butter; bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ketchup and Worcestershire. Can refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months. Use for basting grilled or broiled meats or poultry. Makes 1 1/4 cups

Chipotle Dip for Shrimp

1 can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 2 cups mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.  In a food processer or blender chop the chipotles add the mayo , mustard , and blend till smooth add chopped cilantro leaves and mix well , let it set a couple hours well chilled before serving.  serves/makes 8

Chocolate Martini Recipe

Chocolate Martini: 2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Brown Crème de Cacao, 6 ice cubes, cocoa, extra couple of drops of Brown Crème de Cacao.  Into a cocktail shaker, pour the Vodka and Brown Crème de Cacao. Add the ice cubes. Shake well. Rub rim of glass with Brown Crème de Cacao then dip into a shallow dish of cocoa. Strain and pour contents of cocktail shaker into a martini glass.

Apple Martini Ingredients

Apple Martini: 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Sour Apple Schnapps, 1 oz apple juice, 3 ice cubes, 1 slice green apple.  Into a cocktail shaker, pour the Vodka, Sour Apple Schnapps and apple juice, Add a few ice cubes, Shake well, Strain and pour into a martini glass, To finish, garnish the rim of the martini glass with the slice of green apple.
