Chipotle Dip for Shrimp1 can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 2 cups mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. In a food processer or blender chop the chipotles add the mayo , mustard , and blend till smooth add chopped cilantro leaves and mix well , let it set a couple hours well chilled before serving. serves/makes 8
