Flatbread pizza ingredients & recipe

Flatbread Margherita pizza:

ingredients: 2 flatbread pizza crusts, 1 lb fresh mozzarella, 4 medium vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, sea salt

Method: Slice mozzarella into thin slices after removing from packaging

wash, core & slice tomatoes into equally sized slices

Layer the cheese over the crusts and then the tomatoes over the cheese

you can finish with a couple dots of cheese here and there

in ap re-heated 500 degree oven, bake the pies until cheese is melted & bubbling (About 6-8 minutes)

Remove from oven and top with thinly sliced chiffondale fresh basil & sea salt

Serve & enjoy!
