We are proud to announce our new Head Chef Colby Ritter. 

Colby is originally from Dover, PA and has worked for the Altland House family for the last 11 years across our many locations.  He describes his cooking style as “Casual Bistro” and is excited to bring fresh, creative ideas to combine with the Altland House traditions our guests know and love.

His cooking influences include: Paul Bocuse, His Grandmother, and Mike Haugh.  When asked why he wanted to step into the Head Chef position with us he responded, “I am inspired by the history in these walls and it feels like home to me.”

 

We are happy to see Chef Colby rise into this position and continue to grow within the Altland House Company.
