Abbottstown, PA-based Altland House Hospitality Group (AHHG) has developed a temporary program to provide reduced-price meals for the York County community during this time of difficulty. With our history of producing the local Meals-On-Wheels program, we have the ability and experience to produce thousands of meals on-demand. Our facility at The Wyndham Garden York near West Manchester was chosen as the location for meal prep and pick-up, as it’s centrally-located for a majority of the York County population.

Called the Community Kitchen of York™, the service start-up date is Tuesday, April 7th. Our plan is to offer a hearty meal for a minimal cost of $5 per person. The meals will be served curbside style, with service provided Tues-Sat, from 2P to 6:00P, on a first-come, first-served basis. Cash and major credit cards accepted.

 

WHY DONATE: 
Our goal is to provide approximately 2000 meals per week. AHHG is providing the manpower, facility, preparation, packaging, coordination, and initial start-up funding. But we need more help from donors to keep the meals affordable and at the highest quality & quantity we can. We know the demand for meals is strong, as so many families are now out of work. With help from more sponsors like you, we can keep feeding and caring for the community.
